Since 1966, Mitchell Inc. has manufactured precision, specialty cutting, trimming and grinding machines. Mitchell Inc. machines are designed to cut, trim or grind round or cylindrical parts from natural rubber, EPDM, nitrile, SBR, silicone, viton and neoprene plus many other types of elastomers and plastics.

We are located in Elkhart, Indiana in the heart of the Midwest industrial belt of the United States.

What's new at Mitchell Inc.?

The Model 210 trimming machine is an economical and versatile machine designed to trim flash from molded parts. The Model 482 Safety Rubber Grinder with its improved safety and efficiency replaces the older Model 48 Grinder. Also, Model 24 Lathe Cutter and Model 242 Trimmer machines are available in single, dual or triple head models.

Knife Blades-New Blades & Re-sharpening Service Available

We offer for sale carbide knife blades for use in Mitchell, as well as other rubber cutting machinery. Mitchell also offers a resharpening service for the blades we sell. Save time and money  by letting Mitchell keep your cutting blades sharp.

Prototyping / First run 

Considering the purchase of a Mitchell machine? If you need to make prototype parts or make a short test run of your parts Mitchell can help with that. We normally have demo machines in stock that we can use to make your prototype items. We also can do an initial short run of product.
